The quoted prices, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted and Bell’s Turf is authorized to do the work as specified. Seller reserves the right to make any corrections to prices quoted due to clerical errors or errors of omission. While we typically provide advance notice of any price changes, prices may be changed at any time without further notice.
If an account becomes delinquent the client agrees to pay all attorney and collection fees related to the collection of the amount owed with interest. If the client is dissatisfied with the work performed, it must notify Bell’s Turf of deficiencies, in writing within 3 days of service completion date. Failure to do so will appear as a waiver of any claims, complaints, and demands relating to the work performed. All payment options require a CC or Bank Account on file saved within our client portal for easy billing (excluding prepayments or landscape project payments.)
This agreement will auto-renew every 12 months but can be canceled at any time by either party. Bell’s Turf has a standard annual 5% price increase that is automatically generated at the beginning of the new auto-billing cycle. For any escalation over 5%, a 30 day advance notice will be sent to the customer.
If upon cancellation Bell’s Turf owes a refund it will be issued via paper check/cc per the repayment terms below

We do not offer a warranty on any sod, plants, or trees installed. However, if your newly installed plants are struggling please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help diagnose and resolve any issues (under or over watering is usually the culprit). Upon completion of your service we'll provide you with information about properly watering the plant material installed.
